UPDATE - Number Of Reports On Election Irregularities Sent To Ukrainian Police Up To 816 - Ministry

KIEV (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 21st April, 2019) The number of reports on irregularities during the Ukrainian presidential runoff, received by the country's police, has increased to 816, the Interior Ministry said on Sunday.
"As of 4:00 p.m. [local time, 13:00 GMT], the national police received 816 reports and messages related to the election process ... In 10 cases, the information was added to the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations, which means that 10 criminal cases were launched," Zoryan Shkiryak, adviser to the Ukrainian interior minister, told a briefing.
Meanwhile, the headquarters of presidential candidate Volodymyr Zelenskiy said it had received almost 1,200 reports on irregularities at polling places.
Polling places opened in Ukraine at 8:00 a.m. (05:00 GMT) on Sunday, marking the start of the second round of the presidential election. According to opinion polls, conducted ahead of the runoff, incumbent President Petro Poroshenko is supported by about 25 percent of voters, while Zelenskiy has support of about 70 percent.
