US And Russia Fail To Reach Agreement On Syria Ceasefire, Said Mark Toner

Washington, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 8th September, 2016) : US State Department spokesperson Mark Toner said that the United States and Russia have failed again to reach a ceasefire deal for Syria's current situation.
This was stated by US State Department spokesperson the after US Secretary of State John Kerry and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov telephonically discussed the issue but could not reach an understanding.
Mark Toner said that there is not a big hope for success but the two sides continue to work mutually to resolve the issue.
