US Deputy Secretary of State to Discuss Counterterrorism With Russian Counterpart Thursday

WASHINGTON (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 12th December, 2018) US Deputy Secretary of State John Sullivan will meet with his Russian counterpart, Deputy Foreign Minister Oleg Syromolotov on December 13 to discuss counterterrorism, the State Department said in a press release on Tuesday.

"In Vienna, Austria, on December 13...

he will also lead an interagency counterterrorism dialogue with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Syromolotov to explore areas in which cooperation could benefit the security of the American people and prevent future terrorist attacks," the release said.

This stop in Vienna is part of a multi-day, multi-country trip for the US Diplomat.
