US-Led Coalition Aware Of Reports Of Deadly Attack On Patrol In Syria's Manbij - Spokesman

The US-led coalition fighting the Islamic State (banned in Russia) terrorist group is aware of reports of a deadly attack on its patrol in the Syrian city of Manbij and is still gathering information, a spokesman said on Wednesday
"CJTF-OIR is aware of open source reports regarding an explosion in Syria," the spokesperson for Coalition Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve (CTF-OIR) said in a Twitter message.
The spokesperson acknowledged that coalition forces conducted a routine patrol in Syria today. "We are still gathering information and will share additional details at a later time," the spokesperson added.
