US Prosecutors Request Substantial Prison Sentence For Ex-Trump Lawyer Cohen - Document

WASHINGTON (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 08th December, 2018) US Federal prosecutors in a sentencing memo requested substantial prison time for Michael Cohen, a former attorney of President Donald Trump, despite cooperation in the Russia probe, according to a court filing.
"The Office respectfully requests that this court impose a substantial term of imprisonment [for Cohen], one that reflects a modest downward variance from the applicable Guidelines range," the document said on Friday.
