US To Respond Shortly To Russia Over Venezuela, 'Russians Will Pay Price' - Abrams

US Special Representative Elliott Abrams said in an interview on Friday that Russia will "pay a price" for its military presence in Venezuela, and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo is already looking at possible options
"We have a very nice options paper of the various things that can be done in US-Russia relations. The Secretary will be making his choice about how to respond," Abrams told BBC. "There is a lot of things that are on the list. So, The Russians will pay a price for this."
