The mayor of the Dutch city of Utrecht, Jan van Zanen, said Monday three people had been killed in the morning tram shooting, Sky News reported

On Monday morning, a gunman opened fire on a tram outside Utrecht's city center. The police said that many people had been injured and did not rule out terrorist motives behind the shooting.
