MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 01st March, 2019) Venezuela has fallen victim to the United States' "multilateral aggression," Venezuelan Vice President Delcy Rodriguez said Friday.

"Today Venezuela goes through a special period when Venezuela is a victim of multilateral aggression from the United States.

But we see here an opportunity to find new ways of cooperation taking into account a current political situation," Rodriguez said ahead of the talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.

The vice president thanked Russia for its support.

"I want to thank you on behalf of the president Maduro and from Venezuelan people for support Russia has to Venezuela," she said.
