Venezuelan Opposition Leader Guaido Meets With Regional Leaders in Colombia - Reports

MEXICO CITY (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 23rd February, 2019) Venezuelan opposition leader Juan Guaido, who proclaimed himself the country's interim president, met with the presidents Chile, Colombia and Paraguay, Sebastian Pinera, Ivan Duque and Mario Abdo Benitez, in Colombia's Cucuta, where he arrived for a fund-raising concert for providing humanitarian aid for Venezuela, local media reported.

The VPI tv broadcaster reported on Friday, that Luis Almagro, the secretary general of the Organization of American States (OAS), had participated in the meeting, too.
