Venezuelan Opposition Leader Guaido Vows To Restore Constitutional Order In Country

MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 24th January, 2019) Self-proclaimed Venezuelan acting President Juan Guaido has pledged to reinstate constitutional order in the country amid ongoing mass protests.
On Wednesday, Guaido sworn in as acting president surrounded by thousands of supporters at a rally in Caracas.
"We intend to restore constitutional order," Guaido said on Twitter, stressing that Caracas will maintain diplomatic relations with "all world countries."�
