Venezuelan Vice President On Possible Elections: No One May Demand We Violate Constitution

No one may demand that Caracas violate Venezuela's constitution and hold new presidential elections, Venezuelan Vice President Delcy Rodriguez said Friday after talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov
MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 01st March, 2019) No one may demand that Caracas violate Venezuela's constitution and hold new presidential elections, Venezuelan Vice President Delcy Rodriguez said Friday after talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
"The Venezuelan people supported Nicolas Maduro, our country's president, so we defend our country. No one may demand that we violate the constitution of our republic," Rodriguez told reporters when asked about the possibility of new presidential elections in the country.
