Zelenskiy Leading in Ukraine's Runoff With 72.87% After 10.53% of Ballots Counted - CEC

KIEV (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 22nd April, 2019) Ukrainian presidential candidate Volodymyr Zelenskiy is leading in Sunday's runoff with 72.87 percent of the vote after 10.53 percent of ballots were counted, the country's Central Election Commission (CEC) said on Monday.

Zelenskiy's rival in the runoff, incumbent President Petro Poroshenko, received 24.8 percent of the vote.

The CEC and the Ukrainian Interior Ministry have said that they have not registered mass violations that could influence the result of the vote.
