شروع اللہ کے نام سے جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم والا ہے
اِنَّاۤ اَنۡزَلۡنٰهُ فِىۡ لَيۡلَةِ الۡقَدۡرِۚ ۖ ﴿۱﴾
ہم نے اس( قرآن) کو شب قدر میں نازل (کرنا شروع) کیا ﴿۱﴾
وَمَاۤ اَدۡرٰٮكَ مَا لَيۡلَةُ الۡقَدۡرِؕ ﴿۲﴾
اور تمہیں کیا معلوم کہ شب قدر کیا ہے؟ ﴿۲﴾
لَيۡلَةُ الۡقَدۡرِ ۙ خَيۡرٌ مِّنۡ اَلۡفِ شَهۡرٍؕ ﴿۳﴾
شب قدر ہزار مہینے سے بہتر ہے ﴿۳﴾
تَنَزَّلُ الۡمَلٰٓٮِٕكَةُ وَالرُّوۡحُ فِيۡهَا بِاِذۡنِ رَبِّهِمۡۚ مِّنۡ كُلِّ اَمۡرٍۛ ۙ ﴿۴﴾
اس میں روح (الامین) اور فرشتے ہر کام کے (انتظام کے) لیے اپنے پروردگار کے حکم سے اترتے ہیں ﴿۴﴾
سَلٰمٌ هِىَۛ حَتّٰى مَطۡلَعِ الۡفَجۡرِ ﴿۵﴾
یہ( رات) طلوع صبح تک (امان اور) سلامتی ہے ﴿۵﴾
