تیرے بنگلے میں اگر فانوس روشن ہیں تو کیا

مجھ کو اپنے گھر کی شمع کا اجالا ٹھیک ہے

مصلحت کی بھینٹ میں چڑھنے نہیں دیتا اصول

میرا یہ انداز دنیا سے نرالا ٹھیک ہے

دوستو بروقت جو دیتا ہے پانی فصل کو

لاکھ درجہ وہ بڑی نہروں سے نالا ٹھیک ہے

نام پیدا کرنا ہے میں نے غریبی میں خلش

بس مجھے اپنی غریبی کا حوالہ ٹھیک ہے
