مجھے کسی نے بتایا خدا ہے میرے ساتھ

میں کیا بتاؤں اسے اور کیا ہے میرے ساتھ

تجھے یقیں نہیں آئے گا پر حقیقت ہے

یہ تو نہیں ہے کوئی دوسرا ہے میرے ساتھ

یہ مشکلات بھی اب میرے ساتھ رہتی ہیں

یہ جانتی ہیں کہ مشکل کشا ہے میرے ساتھ

میں کیا بتاؤں تجھے یاد کیا دلاؤں تجھے

تو جانتا ہے جو تو نے کیا ہے میرے ساتھ

اگر وفا کو بتاؤں وفا بھی چیخ پڑے

وفا کے نام پہ جو کچھ ہوا ہے میرے ساتھ

ستم تو یہ ہے کہ میں نے اسے بھی چھوڑ دیا

جو سب کو چھوڑ کے تنہا کھڑا ہے میرے ساتھ

کسی سے کوئی شکایت نہیں مجھے مومنؔ

جو ہونا چاہیے وہ ہو رہا ہے میرے ساتھ
