راستہ یہ بتا رہا ہے مجھے

وے بہت ڈھونڈھتا رہا ہے مجھے

پاس رہ کر نہ پاس آیا تو

دور سے کیا بلا رہا ہے مجھے

جھانک کر دیکھ اپنی آنکھوں میں

چھپ کے تو دیکھتا رہا ہے مجھے

بھول بیٹھا ہوں اس کی سب باتیں

وے مگر یاد آ رہا ہے مجھے

کیا بتاؤں چھپا ہے مجھ میں کون

کون مجھ میں چھپا رہا ہے مجھے

میں نے چاہا سناؤں کچھ دل کو

دل بھی اپنی سنا رہا ہے مجھے

میں جہاں بھی گیا تجھے پایا

تو بھی کیا یوں ہی پا رہا ہے مجھے

کچھ نظر میں نہیں رہا مومنؔ

ہجر کیا کیا دکھا رہا ہے مجھے
