ڈھلکے ڈھلکے آنسو ڈھلکے

چھلکے چھلکے ساغر چھلکے

دل کے تقاضے ان کے اشارے

بوجھل بوجھل ہلکے ہلکے

دیکھو دیکھو دامن الجھا

ٹھہرو ٹھہرو ساغر چھلکے

ان کا تغافل ان کی توجہ

اک دل اس پر لاکھ تہلکے

ان کی تمنا ان کی محبت

دیکھو سنبھال کے دیکھو سنبھل کے

غم نے اٹھائے سیکڑوں طوفاں

دل نے بسارا لاکھ مچل کے

پل میں ہنساؤ پل میں رلاؤ

پل میں اجالے پل میں دھندلکے

ہم نے سمجھا تم نے جانا

دل نے مچائے لاکھ تہلکے

لاکھ منایا لاکھ بھلایا

نین کٹورے بھر بھر کر چھلکے

کتنے الجھے کتنے سیدھے

رستے ان کے رنگ محل کے
