اک روز جا رہے تھے کہیں سائیکل سے ہم
پہنچے جو ایک موڑ پہ نازل ہوا ستم
پیڈل سے سائیکل کے جو پاؤں اکھڑ گئے
ہم جا کے ایک شوخ حسینہ سے لڑ گئے
سنبھلی جو وہ تو ہتھے سے فوراً اکھڑ گئی
گویا ہوئی تو جیسے ہواؤں سے لڑ گئی
کہنے لگی کہ اندھے ہیں آتا نہیں نظر
یہ حرکتیں جناب کی یہ ریش معتبر
پھرتے ہیں کیا شریفوں کی صورت بنا کے آپ
یوں عورتوں پہ گرتے ہیں داڑھی رکھا کے آپ
ہم نے کہا کہ تھوک دو غصے کو نازنیں
سائیکل لڑی ہے تم سے یہ داڑھی لڑی نہیں
داڑھی کا نام لے کے ہمیں کیوں ہو ٹوکتی
داڑھی کوئی بریک ہے جو سائیکل کو روکتی

pedal se cycle ke jo paon ukhaD gae
hum ja ke ek shoKH hasina se laD gae
sambhli jo wo to hatthe se fauran ukhaD gai
goya hui to jaise hawaon se laD gai
kahne lagi ki andhe hain aata nahin nazar
ye harkaten janab ki ye rish-e-mo'atabar
phirte hain kya sharifon ki surat bana ke aap
yun auraton pe girte hain daDhi rakha ke aap
hum ne kaha ki thuk do ghusse ko naznin
cycle laDi hai tum se ye daDhi laDi nahin
daDhi ka nam le ke hamein kyon ho Tokti
daDhi koi break hai jo cycle ko rokti
