کہیں پہ دل تو کہیں پر دماغ تھا میرا
نواحِ جاں سے نہ گزری کبھی ھوائے وصال
وگرنہ دیکھتا میں کیسا باغ تھا میرا
کھنڈر کے خالی پڑے طاقچے بتاتے ہیں
یہیں کہیں کبھی روشن چراغ تھا میرا
میں میکدے کی کسی سرخوشی میں کیا آیا
مجھی سے ٹوٹ گیا جو ایاغ تھا میرا
ڈرے ھوئے ہیں ھواؤں سے کوچہ و بازار
وگرنہ شہر کہاں بے چراغ تھا میرا
