ایسے دنوں میں جب کہ یہ بیوپار بند ہے

ایسے دنوں میں جب کہ یہ بیوپار بند ہے
حیرت ہے دل جنوں پہ اگر کاربند ہے
سیلاب کی خبر پہ میں گھر بار چھوڑ کر
اُس پار جا رہا ہوں کہ اِس پار بند ہے
خود بڑھ کے دیکھ آﺅں کہ گھر لوٹ جاﺅں میں
رستے میں یہ کُھلا ہے کہ بازار بند ہے
کھینچوں گا اپنے عشق کے مرکز پہ دائرہ
لیکن ابھی تو بازوئے پرکار بند ہے
اب یاد ہی نہیں کہ ہم آئے تھے کس طرح
جس غار میں مقیم ہیں وہ غار بند ہے
دکھلائیے سپاہ کو دیوار کا شگاف
دروازہ بند ہے بھی تو بے کار بند ہے
