یہ کارواں ہے آخر کب تک رکا رہے گا
زخموں کو اشک خوں سے سیراب کر رہا ہوں
اب اور بھی تمہارا چہرہ کھلا رہے گا
بند قبا کا کھلنا مشکل بہت ہے لیکن
جو کھل گیا تو پھر یہ عقدہ کھلا رہے گا
سرگرمیٔ ہوا کو دیکھا ہے پاس دل کے
اس آگ سے یہ جنگل کب تک بچا رہے گا
کھلتی نہیں ہے یا رب کیوں نیند رفتگاں کی
کیا حشر تک یہ عالم سویا پڑا رہے گا
یکسر ہمارے بازو شل ہو گئے ہیں یارب
آخر دراز کب تک دست دعا رہے گا
