جب کوئی راستہ نہیں ہوتا

امر سنگھ فگار

جب کوئی راستہ نہیں ہوتا

کون محو دعا نہیں ہوتا

لوگ ظلمت سے یوں ہی نالاں ہیں

روز روشن میں کیا نہیں ہوتا

ٹوٹے تاروں کو چھو کے دیکھا ہے

ساز دل بے صدا نہیں ہوتا

ہر خوشی دل سے کیوں لگا بیٹھیں

کس میں غم ہو پتہ نہیں ہوتا

آؤ مل بیٹھ لو گھڑی دو گھڑی

اس گھڑی کا پتہ نہیں ہوتا

سرد مہری ہماری عادت ہے

ورنہ ذرے میں کیا نہیں ہوتا

پھر وہی شب وہی طویل سفر

ختم یہ سلسلہ نہیں ہوتا

kaun mahw-e-dua nahin hota

log zulmat se yun hi nalan hain
roz-e-raushan mein kya nahin hota

TuTe taron ko chhu ke dekha hai
saz-e-dil be-sada nahin hota

har KHushi dil se kyun laga baiThen
kis mein gham ho pata nahin hota

aao mil baiTh lo ghaDi-do-ghaDi
us ghaDi ka pata nahin hota

sard-mehri hamari aadat hai
warna zarre mein kya nahin hota

phir wahi shab wahi tawil safar
KHatm ye silsila nahin hota
