زیادہ دن مری صحبت کو اختیار نہ کر

یہ کوئی رشتہ نہیں ہے فقط ندامت ہے

تو مجھ سے عمر میں کم ہے سو مجھ سے پیار نہ کر

مجھے پتہ ہے کہ برباد ہو چکا ہوں میں

تو میرا سوگ منا مجھ کو سوگوار نہ کر

ہے کون کون مرے ساتھ اس مصیبت میں

میں اپنے ساتھ نہیں ہوں مجھے شمار نہ کر

میں خاک خود تجھے لبیک کہنے والوں میں

مجھے بلاوا نہ دے میرا انتظار نہ کر
