ارشد محمود ارشد
پتھروں کو سنائی دیتا ہے
جو تو ایسے دہائی دیتا ہے
پیٹ خالی ہو گر پرندوں کا
دام کس کو دکھائی دیتا ہے
کوئی دشمن کبھی نہیں دیتا
زخم جیسا کہ بھائی دیتا ہے
میں ہی خود چھوڑتا نہیں ہوں قفس
وہ تو مجھ کو رہائی دیتا ہے
ایسے اب زاویے سے بیٹھا ہوں
چاروں جانب دکھائی دیتا ہے
سچ تو آنکھوں میں پڑھ لیا ارشدؔ
یار تو کیوں صفائی دیتا ہے
