دیوانہ کچھ سوچ رہا ہے

اس جنگل کا ایک ہی رستہ

جس پر جادو کا پہرا ہے

دور گھنے پیڑوں کا منظر

مجھ کو آوازیں دیتا ہے

دم لوں یا آگے بڑھ جاؤں

سر پر بادل کا سایا ہے

اس ظالم کی آنکھیں نم ہیں

پتھر سے پانی رستا ہے

بھیگا بھیگا صبح کا آنچل

رات بہت پانی برسا ہے

diwana kuchh soch raha hai

jis par jadu ka pahra hai

dur ghane peDon ka manzar

dam lun ya aage baDh jaun
sar par baadal ka saya hai

us zalim ki aankhen nam hain
patthar se pani rista hai

bhiga bhiga subh ka aanchal
