بھینی خوشبو سلگتی سانسوں میں

بجلیاں بھر گئی ہیں ہاتھوں میں

صرف تیرا بدن چمکتا ہے

کالی لمبی اداس راتوں میں

کیا کیا چھینے گا اے امیر شہر

اتنے منظر ہیں میری آنکھوں میں

آنکھ کھلتے ہی بستیاں تاراج

کوئی لذت نہیں ہے خوابوں میں

بند ہیں آج سارے دروازے

آگ روشن ہے سائبانوں میں

وہ سزا دو کہ سب کو عبرت ہو

بچ گیا ہے یہ خوشہ چینوں میں
