تیری خبر مل جاتی تھی

پہلے بھی سب بکتا تھا

خوابوں کے بازار نہ تھے

سب پر ہنسنا شیوہ تھا

جب تک خود اس پار نہ تھے

موت کی باتیں پیاری تھیں

مرنے کو تیار نہ تھے
