ایک ہی آن میں غلام کیا

لے گیا ننگ و نام اب مجھ سے

عشق نے آخر اپنا کام کیا

یارو اس گل بدن کے تئیں ہم نے

کل صبا سے یہی پیام کیا

ہم سے ملتے رہا کرو پیارے

چاہ میں گرچہ اپنا نام کیا

قصۂ جاں گداز اے آصفؔ

le gaya nang-o-nam ab mujh se
ishq ne aaKHir apna kaam kiya

yaro us gul-badan ke tain hum ne

hum se milte raha karo pyare
chah mein garche apna nam kiya
