اورنگزیب
اب کوئی اور مصیبت تو نہ پالی جائے
اس کی یادوں سے بھی اب جان چھڑا لی جائے
وہ بھی میرے لیے کچھ سوچتا ہے سوچتا ہوں
کیسے دل سے مرے یہ خام خیالی جائے
زیست بے ربط ہے پر ہے تو خدا کی نعمت
جس طرح سے بھی یہ نبھتی ہے نبھا لی جائے
ایسے بھی دوست ہیں کچھ جن کا یہی مقصد ہے
وار کیا ان کی کوئی بات نہ خالی جائے
یاد جس کی ہمیں سونے نہیں دیتی اکثر
اس ستم گر کی بھی اب نیند چرا لی جائے
اس کے در سے میں یہی سوچ کے لوٹ آیا ہوں
زیبؔ اب کے بھی نہ دستک مری خالی جائے
