میرے اندر اتر رہا ہے کون

میں تو زندہ ہوں اپنے لہجے میں

لمحہ لمحہ یہ مر رہا ہے کون

لوگ شیشہ صفت نہیں ہیں مگر

ریزہ ریزہ بکھر رہا ہے کون

پتھروں کے کلیجے پھٹنے لگے

صبح دم آہ بھر رہا ہے کون

سب چراغوں کے سر سلامت ہیں

پھر اندھیروں سے ڈر رہا ہے کون

دہریے صرف اتنا بتلا دیں

رنگ پھولوں میں بھر رہا ہے کون
