عظمت اللہ خاں

کیوں مجھے تیری چاہ ہے

اس کو کیوں پوچھئے

جس کی بوجھن کچھ نہیں

اس کو کیا بوجھئے

تجھ میں لاکھوں خوبیاں

کیوں کر کوئی گنائے

مرتے ہیں کس بات پر

کیوں کر کوئی بتائے

صورت تیری موہنی

من میں کھب کھب جائے

جوبن تیرا جوش پر

دل میں آگ لگائے

چال چھبیلی مست سی

ایک قیامت ڈھائے

بات سریلے گیت سی

دل کو ناچ نچائے

kyun mujhe teri chah hai
us ko kyun puchhiye

jis ki bujhan kuchh nahin
us ko kya bujhiye

tujh mein lakhon KHubiyan
kyun kar koi ginae

marte hain kis baat par
kyun kar koi batae

surat teri mohni
man mein khab khab jae

joban tera josh par
dil mein aag lagae

chaal chhabeli mast si
ek qayamat Dhae

baat surile git si
dil ko nach nachae
