رسوائیوں کی اپنی کہیں انتہا نہ ہو

جوش وفا کا نام جنوں رکھ دیا گیا

اے درد آج ضبط فغاں سے سوا نہ ہو

یہ غم نہیں کہ تیرا کرم ہم پہ کیوں نہیں

یہ تو ستم ہے تیرا کہیں سامنا نہ ہو

کہتے ہیں ایک شخص کی خاطر جیے تو کیا

اچھا یوں ہی سہی تو کوئی آسرا نہ ہو

یہ عشق حد غم سے گزر کر بھی راز ہے

اس کشمکش میں ہم سا کوئی مبتلا نہ ہو

اس شہر میں ہے کون ہمارا ترے سوا

یہ کیا کہ تو بھی اپنا کبھی ہمنوا نہ ہو
