چراغ بریلوی
ڈوبتے وقت جو کچھ ہاتھ میں گوہر آئے
سب کے سب ناخدا کے ہاتھ میں ہم دھر آئے
جنگ لڑنے گئے ہم جو سحر دنیا سے
شام کو گھر کئی حصوں میں بکھر کر آئے
اس کی آنکھوں کو تماشے کی تمنا ہے بہت
اس سے کہنا کہ کسی رات مرے گھر آئے
ہائے اس نقل مکانی نے کیا ہے برباد
جتنے بسنے کو گئے اتنے اجڑ کر آئے
