ذہن کی پٹاری سے ہاؤ ہُو نکلتا ہے
دل کی اس تجوری سے تُو ہی تُو نکلتا ہے
جس میں یادِ یار کی روشنی سما جائے
وہ جہانِ فانی سے سرخرُو نکلتا ہے
پردہء جہاں کو میں جس جگہ سے سرکاؤں
منظروں کے سینے سے ایک تُو نکلتا ہے
خود کو دیکھ کر جو میں قہقہ لگاتا ہوں
آئینے کی آنکھوں سے بھی لہو نکلتا ہے
روز اک لگانے کو معرکہ ء خیر و شر
ایک میں نکلتا ہوں، ایک تُو نکلتا ہے
اس ہنر نے تو مری پور پور چھیل دی
یہ جو روز ایک کارِ دل رفو نکلتا ہے
پھر دکھائی دیتا ہے ایک خول کی صورت
جب بدن سے کاروانِ جستجو نکلتا ہے
جو دکھائی دیتا ہے ، وہ کبھی نہیں ہوتا
آدمی تو درمیانِ گفتگو نکلتا ہے
