کاش مل جائے زمانے کی پریشانی مجھے

اے نگاہ دوست اے سرمایہ دار بے خودی

ہوش آتا ہے تو ہوتی ہے پریشانی مجھے

کھل چکا ہاں کھل چکا دل پر ترا رنگیں فریب

دے نہ دھوکا اے طلسم ہستی فانی مجھے

پھر نہ ثابت ہو کہیں ننگ بیاباں جسم راز

سوچ کر کرنا جنوں مائل یہ عریانی مجھے

منتہائے ذوق سجدہ یہ کہ اک فریب

کفر تک لے آئی تکمیل مسلمانی مجھے

منزلوں احسانؔ پیچھے رہ گئے دیر و حرم

لے چلا جانے کہاں سیلاب حیرانی مجھے
