احسان دانش

رعنائی کونین سے بے زار ہمیں تھے

ہم تھے ترے جلووں کے طلب گار ہمیں تھے

ہے فرق طلب گار و پرستار میں اے دوست

دنیا تھی طلب گار پرستار ہمیں تھے

اس بندہ نوازی کے تصدق سر محشر

گویا تری رحمت کے سزاوار ہمیں تھے

دے دے کے نگاہوں کو تصور کا سہارا

راتوں کو ترے واسطے بیدار ہمیں تھے

بازار ازل یوں تو بہت گرم تھا لیکن

لے دے کے محبت کے خریدار ہمیں تھے

کھٹکے ہیں ترے سارے گلستاں کی نظر میں

سب اپنی جگہ پھول تھے اک خار ہمیں تھے

ہاں آپ کو دیکھا تھا محبت سے ہمیں نے

جی سارے زمانے کے گنہ گار ہمیں تھے

ہے آج وہ صورت کہ بنائے نہیں بنتی

کل نقش دو عالم کے قلم کار ہمیں تھے

پچھتاؤگے دیکھو ہمیں بیگانہ سمجھ کر

مانوگے کسی وقت کہ غم خوار ہمیں تھے

ارباب وطن خوش ہیں ہمیں دل سے بھلا کر

جیسے نگہ و دل پہ بس اک بار ہمیں تھے

احسانؔ ہے بے سود گلہ ان کی جفا کا

چاہا تھا انہیں ہم نے خطاوار ہمیں تھے
