ابھی دل پر ترے اترا کہاں عشق
ابھی تک صرف آوازیں سنی ہیں
ابھی تک لکھ رہی ہیں انگلیاں عشق
زباں پر اس قدر گردان کیوں ہے
تو کیسے ہوش میں کہتا ہے ہاں عشق
زمیں سے آسماں تک گل کھلے ہیں
تڑپ کر ہو رہے ہیں جسم و جاں عشق
یہی تو اعتبار شب کدہ ہے
مرا حاصل ہے یہ کار زیاں عشق
