خدا اثر سے بچائے اس آستانے کو

فانی بدایونی

خدا اثر سے بچائے اس آستانے کو

دعا چلی ہے مری قسمت آزمانے کو

نہ پوچھئے کہ محبت میں مجھ پہ کیا گزری

نہ چھیڑئیے مرے بھولے ہوئے فسانے کو

یہ شعبدے یہ کرشمے کسے میسر تھے

تری نگاہ نے سکھلا دیئے زمانے کو

چمن میں برق نے جھانکا کہ ہم لرز اٹھے

اب اس سے آگ ہی لگ جائے آشیانے کو

خیال یار بھی کھویا ہوا سا رہتا ہے

اب ان کی یاد بھی آتی ہے بھول جانے کو

نگاہ لطف نہ فرما نگاہ ناز کے بعد

جگر میں آگ لگا کر نہ آ بجھانے کو

زمانہ بر سر آزار تھا مگر فانیؔ

تڑپ کے ہم نے بھی تڑپا دیا زمانے کو
