کسی خیال میں کھویا رہا خزاں کا چاند

بہار آئی تو بُجھ سا گیا خزاں کا چاند

چمکتا ہو گا کسی خشنما جزیرے پر

کسی فریم میں ہنستا ہوا خزاں کا چاند

کوئی ستارہ سرِ آسمان ہجر بھی تھا

وِصال رُت میں گریزاں ہوا خزاں کا چاند

وہ اپنی مرضی سے چڑیا کے پر بناتا تھا

کہاں کسی کا ہوا آشنا خزاں کا چاند

دیئے سے کیسے کرے گا مکالمہ فرحت

کسی منڈیر پہ رکھا ہوا خزاں کا چاند
