رفتہ رفتہ آنکھوں کو حیرانی دے کر جائے گا
خوابوں کا یہ شوق ہمیں ویرانی دے کر جائے گا
دیکھ کے سر پر گہرا بادل خشک نگاہیں کہتی ہیں
آج ہمیں یہ ابر یقیناً پانی دے کر جائے گا
کچھ ٹھہراؤ تو بے شک اس سے میرے گھر میں آیا ہے
لیکن اک دن مجھ کو وہ طغیانی دے کر جائے گا
آئے گا تو اک دو پل مہمان رہے گا آنکھوں میں
جائے گا تو اک قصہ طولانی دے کر جائے گا
کاغذ کے یہ پھول بھی اپنے چہروں کو فق پائیں گے
اب کے موسم ان کو بھی حیرانی دے کر جائے گا
خوش منظر پہ آنکھ جمائے بیٹھے ہیں کہ لگتا ہے
رنگ کوئی بے رنگ نظر کو دھانی دے کر جائے گا
