آزاد ہو چکا کوئی زنجیر ہو چکا

آزاد ہو چکا کوئی زنجیر ہو چکا

یعنی دیار خواب بھی تسخیر ہو چکا

پارینہ ہو چکی ہے بہت داستان عشق

اک شہر دشت نجد میں تعمیر ہو چکا

برباد کر چکا ہوں بہت کچھ بنام خویش

اور جو بچا تھا غیر کی جاگیر ہو چکا

کیا وقت آ گیا ہے مری نسل پر کہ اب

میرا عدو بھی صاحب توقیر ہو چکا

صیقل کیا ہے میں نے اسے اپنے خون سے

کس درجہ صاف اب رخ شمشیر ہو چکا

کیسی بدل کے رہ گئی ہے میری کائنات

وہ خوش مزاج پھول بھی دلگیر ہو چکا

ساجدؔ نگاہ ڈالیے اب ارد گرد بھی

ذکر رموز رنگ اساطیر ہو چکا
