دن کے پیکر میں کہیں رات میں ڈھلتے ہوئے رنگ

جانے رکتے ہیں کہاں نیند میں چلتے ہوئے رنگ

آخری شمع بجھاتے ہوئے اپنے گھر کی

میں دیکھے تھے کسی طاق میں جلتے ہوئے رنگ

اس پری زاد کی آنکھوں میں دکھائی دیں گے

ایک ہی پل میں کئی رنگ بدلتے ہوئے رنگ

سر اٹھاتے ہیں مرے ڈوبتے لہجے میں کہیں

گفتگو کرتے ہوئے لفظ اگلتے ہوئے رنگ

صبح دم گھر سے نکلنا ہی اگر پڑ جائے

نیند سے آنکھ چراتا ہوں مسلتے ہوئے رنگ

ہار آیا ہوں کسی آئنہ خانے میں انہیں

میرے ہم راہ نہیں آج اچھلتے ہوئے رنگ

اک بدلتی ہوئی دنیا کے مکیں ہیں ساجدؔ

خاک پر گرتے ہوئے اور سنبھلتے ہوئے رنگ
