ہووے مشہور نہ کیوں عاشق بدنام برا

عشق کہتے ہیں جسے ہے یہ بہت کام برا

دیکھیں انجام ہو کیا اس کا خدا خیر کرے

دام الفت میں پھنسا ہے دل ناکام برا

تو بھی عاشق ہو کسی پر تو کھلے حال تجھے

دل لگا ہوتا ہے سن او بت خود کام برا

ننگ و عار ان کو نہ ہو ملنے سے میرے کیوں کر

سچ ہے کمبخت اس الفت ہی کا ہے نام برا

عیشؔ آغاز محبت ہی میں تھا دل کو کہا

دیکھ ہوتا ہے برے کام کا انجام برا
