تو کہاں پر ہے مہرباں میرے
سنگ چننے کی مجھ کو عادت ہے
لیک رستے میں آسماں میرے
مجھ کو تنہائیوں نے مار دیا
تو بھی گونجے گا کیا مکاں میرے
عشق میں معتبر ہوا ایسے
قیس کے ساتھ ہیں نشاں میرے
عید کا دن ہے رسم دنیا ہے
لوٹ آ آج بد گماں میرے
کون تعبیر ان کو دے دائمؔ
خواب ہیں سب دھواں دھواں میرے
