تو اپنی ذات کے زنداں سے گر رہائی دے
تو مجھ کو پھر مرے ہم زاد کچھ دکھائی دے
بس ایک گھر ہو خدائی میں کائنات مری
مرے خدا مجھے اتنی بڑی خدائی دے
میں اس کو بھولنا چاہوں تو گونج کی صورت
وہ مجھ کو روح کی پاتال میں دکھائی دے
بجھا چکا ہے زمانہ چراغ سب لیکن
یہ میرا عشق کہ ہر راستہ دکھائی دے
ہمارے شہر کے سوداگروں کی محفل میں
وہ ایک شخص کہ سب سے الگ دکھائی دے
اسے غرور عطا ہے کوئی تو اب آئے
جو اس کے دست میں بھی کاسۂ گدائی دے
پلٹ بھی سکتی ہوں ایماںؔ فنا کی راہوں سے
اگر کوئی مجھے اس نام کی دہائی دے
