تفصیل طلب مگر نہیں ہے

تم اپنے دیے جلائے رکھو

امکان سحر اگر نہیں ہے

تو میرے دل میں جھانکتا ہے

تیری اتنی نظر نہیں ہے

جو لوگ دکھائی دے رہے ہیں

کاندھوں پہ کسی کے سر نہیں ہے

اب یوں ہی دیکھتا ہوں رستہ

منزل پیش نظر نہیں ہے

یہ سوچ کے کی دعا مؤخر

دیوار میں کوئی در نہیں ہے

بے گھر ہوں میں امتیازؔ جب سے

اندیشۂ بام و در نہیں ہے
