دیوار چھوڑ دی ہے تو سایہ بھی چھوڑ دے

اِک آدمی سے ترکِ مراسم کے بعد اب

کیا اِس گلی سے کوئی گزرنا بھی چھوڑ دے

آنا اب اُس نے چھوڑ دیا ہے اگر تو کیا

دل بے سبب چراغ جلانا بھی چھوڑ دے

مضبوط کشتیوں کو بچانے کے واسطے

دریا میں ایک ناؤ شکستہ بھی چھوڑ دے

اللہ کی زمین بڑی ہے بہت جمال

عزت نہیں جہاں‘ وہاں رہنا بھی چھوڑ دے
