اب کوئی شکوہ ہم نہیں کرتے

جان جاں تجھ کو اب تری خاطر

یاد ہم کوئی دم نہیں کرتے

دوسری ہار کی ہوس ہے سو ہم

سر تسلیم خم نہیں کرتے

وہ بھی پڑھتا نہیں ہے اب دل سے

ہم بھی نالے کو نم نہیں کرتے

جرم میں ہم کمی کریں بھی تو کیوں

تم سزا بھی تو کم نہیں کرتے
