کون آئے گا یہاں کوئی نہ آیا ہوگا

میرا دروازہ ہواؤں نے ہلایا ہوگا

دل ناداں نہ دھڑک اے دل ناداں نہ دھڑک

کوئی خط لے کے پڑوسی کے گھر آیا ہوگا

اس گلستاں کی یہی ریت ہے اے شاخ گل

تو نے جس پھول کو پالا وہ پرایا ہوگا

دل کی قسمت ہی میں لکھا تھا اندھیرا شاید

ورنہ مسجد کا دیا کس نے بجھایا ہوگا

گل سے لپٹی ہوئی تتلی کو گرا کر دیکھو

آندھیو تم نے درختوں کو گرایا ہوگا

کھیلنے کے لیے بچے نکل آئے ہوں گے

چاند اب اس کی گلی میں اتر آیا ہوگا

کیفؔ پردیس میں مت یاد کرو اپنا مکاں

اب کے بارش نے اسے توڑ گرایا ہوگا
