مری مستی کے افسانے رہیں گے

جہاں گردش میں پیمانے رہیں گے

نکالے جائیں گے اہل محبت

اب اس محفل میں بیگانے رہیں گے

یہی انداز مے نوشی رہے گا

تو یہ شیشے نہ پیمانے رہیں گے

رہے گا سلسلہ دار و رسن کا

جہاں دو چار دیوانے رہیں گے

جنہیں گلشن میں ٹھکرایا گیا ہے

انہی پھولوں کے افسانے رہیں گے

خرد زنجیر پہناتی رہے گی

جو دیوانے ہیں دیوانے رہیں گے
